I’m not able to request or pull images or critical CSS. When I make requests I get these error messages:

Cloud Error: Please try after 46s for service img_optm-new_req.

Cloud server refused the current request due to rate limiting. Please try again later.

You don't have enough daily quota left for current service today.

You have too many requested images, please try again in a few minutes.

The messages have been there for around 24 hours, but that’s only when I noticed them. Does my quote reset, and if so, when?

    Thanks for your help.

Thanks for replying. Here’s a link to the dashboard. I can see I’ve run out of allowance according to the figures here, but I’m not sure how it works?

Thanks, I’ll try it again tomorrow. Am I right in thinking it might take me a few days or even a week or more to optimize images and critical CSS etc?

yes , if you have a lot of pages/images, it would takes days or even week to finish

Thanks for the reply. I’ll test this again over the next few days and come back to mark if my query is resolved at that point.

Here’s my dashboard today (09:00 UK time) and it doesn’t look as though anything has changed in term of optimizing images, critical CSS etc. It still appears frozen to me.

in dashboard page , please click that “sync” button , and see the quota stats

Thank you. Do I need to do this manually every day to restart the process? And does the total include all my requests (optimised images, critical css, viewport images)?

usually it will trigger by cron , you could check and make sure your wp cron is always triggered properly and in time , I do suggest to set up a system cron to trigger it , and yes, it contains all the services’ quota

Thank you for explaining; I understand the process a bit better now. Appreciate it!
