Optimal WP Configuration

Hi All, I’m developing a WP site and getting use to enabling php extensions and what not from the default settings and wondered what other settings would be an advantage to adjust.

My website has to be Windows IIS self-hosted on a 32core, 256g ram and will be used for uploading upto 50 photos per form and it will also have a heavy use on MySQL and there will only be three websites on this server.

I’ve adjust max upload size and quantity but are any other settings people would recommend to increase performance or maximise use of server spec.
