Opt-out Shortcut without ga-optout?

somehow this shortcode does not work for me: [ga-optout text=”Google Analytics deaktivieren”]

Would it be possible to include on a page the same “cookies ablehnen” link which is included in the cookie-notice bar (this link works perfectly)?
