Opt-Out-Frame wont be displayed

On my website the opt-out link / iframe wont be displayed.
I’am using the WP-Piwik Plugin whith the shortcode:
[wp-piwik module=”opt-out” language=”de” width=”100%” height=”200px”]

What’s going wrong there ? Do you need any more informations from me ?
Anything else is working fine!
