    Hi i was wondering do i need to put the opt in script into my site or does your plugin do this for me?

    As i cant seem to figure out how it works, i have placed orders etc but no joy with any review email or poup.

    The plugin puts the opt-in popup script in your site for you.

    Have you enabled the Customer Reviews program in your Google Merchant Center account?

    Have you populated the plugin settings properly?

    If yes to both of those, then can you send me the order-received URL for one of your test orders so I can check the source code?

    Hi ok thankyou for confirming about the code snippet.
    I had enabled the reviews ages ago when it was not in merchant center.
    In merchant center i have this message…..

    Google Customer Reviews has not displayed an opt-in notification to your users in more than 30 days. Make sure your opt-in integration is correct.

    I think its all setup in merchant center, i have put my merchant key into the plugin settings in WP.

    That URL goes to a “Site Under Construction” page. Does it require a login or something?

    oh nuts sorry i have removed the construction.

    Could that be the issue maybe? i havn’t finished the site yet neally.

    Thanks for lifting the under construction. I just clicked on that link and I see the Google Customer Reviews Opt-in Popup just fine in the bottom right corner. Do you not see it? If not, try using incognito mode or something.
