Opt-in form gives ‘Invalid email address’

I see that there’s no more Hustle opt-in form on your page, could you set it up again so we can check it out and see what might be the issue here?

I’m afraid that I still can’t see it, I can only see Optin Forms plugin form and there’s no mention of Hustle forms on that page.

Can you tell me if I’m missing something here?

I currently see it in the end of the homepage and on every post (a bit below the other optin form).
Must have something to do with the fact that I installed it back right away.

Don’t want to be wasting your time, but it does give invalid email address as usual.

Ok, so I don’t see it on your other pages still but I do see it on homepage now and can see the issue as well.

However I noticed that your old optin form is there as well.

So what could be going on here is that email checker script is checking both fields as they have same name so it catches that it’s empty and it can’t validate the email.

Can you test on a page where only Hustle is the only subscription form?

If that doesn’t help can you try disabling other plugins that use Mailchimp API so we can see if there’s any conflict on that end?

Would have never guesses to consider the other optin as an issue.

Sure, will try removing it and testing the hustle one right away.

Okay, so.

Used a page where the other one isn’t included: https://letsreachsuccess.com/guest-post-guidelines/

Still returns the same invalid address.
Something else I noticed, is that the Hustle form is seen on some places in Google Chrome, while it’s doesn’t show on Safari, and the other way around.

I’ll have to remove the form again, as it’s on some quite visible places.
Will look into other solutions, though.

Could you make a screenshot of settings for displaying option form? We would need to try to replicate to see if they are not working correctly. Also when you check – are you loggedin or logged out in both browsers?
Another reason for this not working might be plugin conflict or theme conflict – and it can be caused by plugin that is not related to opt-in at all. In this case we ask to disable all plugins and only leave Hustle and then see if it starts to work correctly.

i’m testing Hustle Plugin (trust me, it’s a really great plugin! It’s really simple to create opt-in and ecc.) but i’m experiencing the same problem as lidiyak.
When someone try to write an email in opt-in form the message is “Invalid email address”.

I just tried to fix the problem changing the plugin setup options but from my side there is any doubt, it’s a problem referred to Hustle plugin (and i know that many users are facing this problem).

So my priority is to solve the problem for 2 reasons: 1) i want to use Hustle for my we projects, since i trust it’s really better than the others i tried in the past (and i do lead generation every days since many years) 2) I want to help you fixing this big (BIG) problem

So let’s start ??
A.) i just tried to disable all the plugins and leave alone Hustle active. Nothing has been solved, always the same message
B.) i have installed WordPress last version 4.8.1
C.) I’m using Soledad Template https://themeforest.net/item/soledad-multiconcept-blogmagazine-wp-theme/12945398 (but i never experienced problems with any plugin)
D.) I activated Hustle Opt-in form for the following page https://www.superpalestra.it/superpalestra-team/ and the following post https://www.superpalestra.it/salmone-norvegese/
(please consider only for the mentioned ones since Hustle plugin is currently doesn’t working)

F.) I checked both logged and not logged in browser

Sorry to hear that you’re having similar issues, however it’s best if you could open your own thread per forum rules and we will check this out for you.

Also, can you test it out with the default WP theme even though you didn’t had issues with other plugins running on current theme and include results in your thread.

Hi There,

I have the same problem.
When someone is trying to sign up they get an invalid email address notice.

We ‘ve got all the way down on our website https://www.woodyworldpacker.com 2 sign up forms. One is from Mailchimp ( works perfect ) the other one in the footer is from hustle and doesn’t work. Also the automatic pop up when you intent to leave the page is the same: invalid email address.

How to fix this?

Can you open new support topic for your issue? If you are testing with Test Mode enabled it can cause this. Also at your new topic can you explain how did you set up your opt-in?
