• You stopped responding to my previous post, so I’m starting a new one.

    On my website, there is supposed to be a form that slides in from top and fills the screen.

    When I turn on page caching, the form eventually stops appearing once a user closed the form (i.e. lightbox) and that state gets cached for everyone else.

    The form plugin is called Thrive Leads.

    Please advise.

    I’m also wondering if it would work to list the plugin’s directory in the “never cache” section for page caching, like this:
    */public_html/wp-content/plugins/thrive-leads

  • Hi, i read your previous post. I have the exact problem. I install Thrive Leads and W3 total cache.

    I use a lightbox and also a ribbon. If i don’t use “Lazy Loading” option, the form appears every time, also if i set “Every 7 days”. (this problem is present only in some browser)

    If i use “Lazy Loading” option, the form works well, it appears only one time. But after a certain period of time, i try a private session on another PC and it does not appear ever again, not once.

    If i purge the cache from w3 total cache, it works well again, but only for a certain period of time. Then it does not appear ever again as said before

    Very boryng, you have a solution?

    Thanks

    My only solution, after going back and forth with both W3TC and TL was to disable w3 total caching … ??

    absurd! Thrive team did not answer me either on site. I leave a comment in this page:

    At this point i think to disable thrive lead plugin. if you still have a free year support, you can contact the Thrive team in their forum. Maybe there is a solution.
