At this time, you can add the form to your posts and pages only.

Alternatively, you can manually add the form by using the shortcode. For example, you can add your optin form to any post, page or widgetized area of your website.

Adding the form to your index or archive pages is not possible (unless you have a widgetized area built into your theme).

Adding an optin form to your main page (which displays multiple posts) is something we’ll develop into future releases of the plugin.
