    I have used the When to send… section and enabled an opt in consent field.

    Settings are: Consent > Is not empty
    However when users fill in the form and do not check the consent box their details are still being sent to HubSpot.

    I think I may be missing something in the set up. Can someone confirm please?

    The webpage is currently a test page on the website so private for now so I cannot share URL.

    It’s ok I had added a rule via the Contact Form 7 Actions which sent all form fields without consent. Fixed now.
