Opt-in Check Box doesn’t work

My Opt-in Check Box doesn’t work on the “Create an Account / Register” page of Woocommerce anymore, however its still working on the “Check Out” page.

For customers who try to opt in through the “Create an account page” and then purchase something , their data is still synced to mailchimp because of their order , however they become transactional customers instead of subscribers.

Anyone know how to fix this or have the same problem?
