Opt-in blog post

Hi!

I have downloaded Hustle, since I thought I can do this with it. Maybe I can, but I need help.

I want to have a pop-up that appears when some one is leaving from the page (actually, I have done this part). I want them to order a notification when new blog post has published. Is that possible? I have Jetpack installed and via that I have the “follow/order” tags in the posts.

Do I need some other plug-in for this or how I will solve my issues?
