OPT IN

I don’t see anywhere where buyers (woocommerce customers) can opt-in to receiving text messages. Is there a way to create a button or a tick mark to allow buyers to opt-in? In the US, you can get in a lot of trouble if you just choose to send them texts without them opting in.
