Opposite Targeting Not Working

I figured it out. Instead of using -or- between conditions, I needed to use -and-

@jeaton1701 – Awesome, glad you got it worked out. We are always trying to rework things to be both more capable and more intuitive, this one still has kinks ;). We have some ideas for how to revamp it coming in the future which will hopefully make it easier to understand out of the box.
