    Hello,
I’m trying to use the opposite language option in my menu.
I set it to display only on the collapsed menu on the mobile and tablet.
It is expected to be between Korean <-> English.
    However,
    1. The language is always shown as the “Opposite language”.
    2. When the button is clicked the language does not change.

I’m using the OceanWP theme, and the menu is in the header which I made as a template.
And I tested the floating button as suggested in this ticket. It works.

    Thanks,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Do you still encounter the issue? I tested on your website, https://lightgoldenrodyellow-manatee-524188.hostingersite.com/, but the button works just fine, switching from Korean to English and vice versa.

    Yes, the issue persists.
It’s only in the menu for tablet and mobile – in the hamburger menu like this.

It may be a conflict with your theme. Please, switch to a default WP one and see if the issue persists.
If so, please try a full compatibility test. *Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Hi, @alexcozmoslabs

I’m sorry I missed your reply.
Is it safe for my working site to disable all the plugins and change the theme?
I’m a newbie on WordPress, so not sure what could have caused the result of those suggested actions.

Issue has been solved by inserting the shortcode directly to the menu.
