Opposite images showing for variations

Hello,

I am setting up a jewellery store with variation images, for example a silver ring and a gold ring. When clicking through from the catalog the wrong images are displayed for each i.e the silver ring shows the gold ring. The settings are right so unsure of why this is happening.
