Opinions on LearnPress

Hello!
I was all set to use Learnpress and purchase the WP Education theme (Eduma?) from thimpress) when someone told me that Learnpress is unstable and you have a difficult time getting help with it. There is a large price difference between the two and Learnpress and the Eduma them package has everything I am looking for (as far as I know) at a reasonable price, but now I do not know what to do. I don’t want to spend time setting this up if it’s going to just break. I will need help with this at some point and I do not want to be stuck with a broken website and no one to help me.

Is learnpress really that difficult? Is it really unstable? The articles I have read have made me wonder if the bias is more about commission or about truth. Please advise.
