We’re in the process of creating 2 new sites and have purchased the pro version to use on them both. Was demo’ing Live Chat today with the mgt and the question came up “what if one of our customer service folks went home without logging out?”
Assuming since theres no hours of operation built in yet it would show as someone being online all night and could cause a customer to wonder why no one is responding.
Is this the case or would their computer time out of the log in session or something so it would go to unavailable on its own eventually?
Am going to leave my computer logged in tonight as a test but wanted to check in case I am missing something …and to also confirm that the addition of a schedule for hours of operation would be a great addition.
