Operating Hour unable to add.

    Hi,
    Thanks in advance, it is a great plugin! I am facing an issue, all good except unable to add hours in “Chat Operating Hours”. While clicking on Add button, no Popup Modal is appearing and the page gets stuck. I need to refresh the page and then I can use other module of Live chat settings. I assume it is not getting Bootstrap css/js properly. I need help to resolve the issue. I am using WordPress version 5.4.1 and I have also updated the version to 5.6.2. But still no luck to resolve. I am using Startit Theme.

    Hi there!
    Also I do not find Live Chat > Tools > Export Settings, it is not there.
    How to resolve this?

    Hi @robeeen ,
    it seems like there is a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Please try to deactivate one by one the installed plugins and check the functionality of our plugin. If you find which plugin causes the issue let us know about it , else send us a message to [email protected] with the installed plugins list.

    Hi @robeeen ,
    thank your for your feedback, we found a conflict between the bootstrap javascript library used by your theme and the version used by our plugin. A fix will be in one of our upcoming releases.
