Openweathermaps server is too slow

WP Cloudy loads weather in ajax (and put it in cache), so It should not slow down your website.
Do you use the latest release?

Even in their own site isn’t ok maps layers.

In WP Admin, Settings, WP Cloudy, Map tab, choose “Load JS/CSS from: Your webhost” and save settings.
It can improve things…

I’m having one problem on mobile version of my site.
I’m using WP touch for mobile.
One of my menu is 14 deay forecast…using wp cloudy page widget. I’m also using localization/ geolocation addon. This working just OK on standard desktop version but on mobile site…if you click on geolocation button, Locate Me interface appear but in a “fade grey” and you cannot push Locate me button or even to write your location on specific place ( under location me button).
Also viewing maps on mobile doesn’t work. Most of time it appear cover in “Rose colour”

I’ll already try all combinations from settings and cannot figured out.

Hi,
I just make a test on an iPhone with Geolocation enabled and it works perfectly but without WP Touch (don’t have the plugin).
I suspect a JS conflict between WP Cloudy and your theme (or another plugin).
First thing to try: check Disable Bootstrap Modal JS in advanced tab (WP Admin > WP Cloudy).
Let me know if it works.

Is WP Touch related.(i’m having premium account)

How to ask them? I can open a srvice ticket but don’t know what to ask.
Maybe is better to ask them directly.

On desktop version i haven’t any clue.

Thank you for update. All are quite good for now (Desktop and Mobile version) except webapp mode from Wp Touch :(.
When i’m trying to press geolocation button …all webbapp become cover on grey fade and you cannot access any item on page. You must close webapp…to use it again.
