OpenStreetMap copyright notice

Hi,

I have the pro version of your plugin yet I’m unable to get support through your websites support channels? It seems it’s common for users not to have responses.

The maps on our site are showing that there’s a copyright issue overlaying the map. I’ve upgraded to the latest version but it’s still showing. Can you help?
