Hello again,
I just tried to install on a new site, all from scratch, another error popped up, see:
https://d.pr/free/i/kZUPW5After I log in to Google Analytics, returns with this screen and this error:
Analytify (Bug): OpenSSL SSL_read: SuccessAnalytify (Bug): OpenSSL SSL_read: SuccessAnalytify (Bug): OpenSSL SSL_read: SuccessI just did another test:
I disabled all plugins and left only Analytify, the same error appeared:
Analytify (Bug): OpenSSL SSL_read: SuccessAnalytify (Bug): OpenSSL SSL_read: SuccessAnalytify (Bug): OpenSSL SSL_read: Success
I did another test:I tested on LITESPEED and APACHE, only the Analytify plugin enabled:
Same mistake
This issue is related to cURL request as the error message you are getting in the repose of “curl_error” method.
Our team is working on finding the source of it, meanwhile can you please contact to your server admin / hosting provider and let them know your are getting this issue. Also please let us know of their response, this could help us in great extent resolving your issue.
Your receiving these errors because the server is unable to connect to Google Analytics API. Please let the hosting know you are getting outgoing connections error through PHP cURL over SSL.
Looking forward to your response.
I just started having this same issue yesterday too. Nothing has changed on our hosting.
I thought I should note that it’s happening on 3 different websites of ours as of yesterday, all on different servers with different hosting providers.
Hi @artisticasad ,
Our hosting is GCP VM.
We have full control of her. There was no change whatsoever in it, it was all functional until these errors started.
But either way, I can submit a support request by advancing CPANEL and WHM, they may find something about it.
Thanks for your help!
I am having the same issue on all 3 of my sites. Nothing has changed from a hosting perspective with me either.
I just started the same error message yesterday
