OpenSea links fail to embed

  • Hello,

    Currently, we are struggling with the embed shortcode of WP.
    Embedding works fine except links from OpenSea marketplace. It worked in the past and we can’t explain why it suddenly doesn’t anymore.

    Let’s take for example this one:
    https://opensea.io/assets/0x2d0ee46b804f415be4dc8aa1040834f5125ebd2e/4375

    If I try to embed it in the editor (Gutenberg disabled), it says: ‘failed to embed’
    With Gutenberg it also doesn’t work, but no error shows up.

    The strange thing is that the FB sharing tool and twitter have no problem generating a preview from OpenSea-links. So I suppose it’s a WordPress error?
