    In addition to the media upload page being the redirect when first signing in – is it also possible to remove the profile button on the left side but not the access to it? My user can still click edit my profile on the top right corner dropdown.

    Hi LunaelaLee,

    WordPress default behavior redirects user to it’s profile page after login. AAM does not control redirect flow and I’m sure you can find quite few good plugins available in WP Repository.

    Also check Adminimizer, it might help you to filter unnecessary icons. AAM main focus is on access control rather than UI filtering.
