Opens again after close

The plugin conflicts with beaver builder when trying to change the image in the image/icon settings.

We are aware of the conflict between Hustle and Beaver Builder plugin and our developers working on it.

I only want to show one slide-in Email opt-in on the whole site.

Would you please select “Hide all slide in messages for user” in Display Settings under “After Users Closes Slide In”. Please see the screenshot:

I did that already and it works on the homepage but not on any other page like contact or portfolio. This is all the same slide-in but they keep on appearing.

When will the update be done for BB support?

I’m afraid that there’s still no fix for this, during testing BB with Hustle there were some other things that popped up and our devs will be looking into fixing all of these in future releases.

I have the same issue once I updated to Hustle from Popups. Even uninstalling Hustle and reinstalling older version of popups did not fix the issue.

All popUps are shown all the time a user opens a page where the pop up should be shown. Setting a specific number less the popups should be shown does not help. Even the “NEver show this again” option is getting ignored. I needed to disbale the popups for my page completely.

And I’m NOT using any BeaverBuilder Plugin.

So you’re telling me your developers knew there were problems with BB but just launched anyway? I’m happy with the new functions but this is a really bad practice.

WPMU DEV is destroying their reputation by putting half working things out there. EVEN if it is free. I’ll be writing a blog post about this terrible practice.

Unbelievable. “Last updated 1 month ago”. These kind of things should be fixed within days not months.

I was too fast to assume the last step would go well which is the connection with mailchimp. I made an API key added the api key to the plugin and selected a list. The right merge tags are in there, the shortcode field on the page shows “success thanks for subscribing”. The log in mailchimp shows the API shows activity but I don’t see any new subscribers in mailchimp? No server error logs at all.

HELP?

EDIT MAILCHIMP SUPPORT MAIL:

I certainly understand that it can be confusing when an API key doesn’t work as expected. Looking at the API calls for the last 24 hours I am seeing that the API version “Ver” that the Hustle plugin is using is version 2.0. MailChimp stopped supporting older versions of the API at the end of 2016.

I recommend reaching out to the plugin’s developers and see if they have an updated version or installing another plugin that ha an updated API. The API version that is compatible is RESTful API 3.0.

I sent your Mailchimp support email to our developers to update. One question about the users not being added. Do use double opt-in or require an email confirmation to join your list? That may be why you have activity without the user being added to your list.

The “show less than…” is still NOT fixed in the newest version.
