OpenLiteSpeed with Cache

Hi, I am using openlitespeed with LS Cache and the rewrite for WP-Login does not work. I added the rules for a non multisite to htaccess and when checking to see if it is configured correctly with the green button I get an message saying there is an issue and were the htaccess instructions followed. Can you advise on how to proceed?
