    Hi,
    I am a user of your pro version plugin and I have 2 problems:
    1) I noticed that many users raise the issue of the inability to open a printout in a new window. This would be a very useful feature. Is it possible that you will add it to the plugin soon?

    2) For several days, the print preview has been displayed incorrectly – under the bar in the print options there is a large semi-transparent space and only below that there is an image. I reported this problem by e-mail a few days ago and it was supposed to be solved, but unfortunately it has not happened so far. This is a serious bug and it would be good to resolve such issues faster.

    Yes, I confirm that print preview works good now, but how about my first question:

    Yes, it’s possible to open a printout in a new window.

    I see you contacted our support team too, so I’ll respond there in more detail.

    I’m waiting and waiting and waiting…

    Unfortunately, I haven’t received a reply to my e-mail for several days, so I’m opening the thread again. You really should consider changing your approach to the support you offer to your clients.

    My apologies for the delay. We do not currently have a way to open a new window in the way you described. I’ve talked to our development team about it though and we’ve added this feature to our backlog. Thank you.

    It’s been almost 3 months and I still don’t see the print option in a new window. Do you already know when this feature will be available?

    Thanks for following up.

    We’ve made it so that PrintFriendly subscribers can use standard HTML or Javascript code to open a new window and ads will not be displayed on our site, if the referring domain is a subscriber. Here’s an example:

    We do not yet have the ability to open the unbranded PrintFriendly modal in a new window, but it is nearing the top of our backlog.

    Thanks for reaching out. Regarding the feature that you mentioned, do you mean making it so PrintFriendly works with the Print button on that page?

    We do not yet have the ability to open the unbranded PrintFriendly modal in a new window, but it is nearing the top of our backlog.

    It’s been over half a year since I reported this problem and you promised to take care of it to implement such a change. For a good IT specialist it’s 1-2 days of work. It really seems to me that you don’t take your customers seriously.

    I understand your frustration. We are a tiny team with a ton on our plate and we’re constantly working to improve our product. While some tasks may seem quick, there are often complexities behind the scenes that can take longer to resolve than anticipated.
