Opening site editor triggers unsaved items

  • Hi, I’m using theme Twenty Twenty Four for full site editing. Notice that every time I open the site editor, this triggers some items such as templates or template parts to be in unsaved state. If I ignore the warning and edit some other things, every time I save my edit, the system prompts to save the other unsaved items which I’m sure I already saved them before. There are occasions when I set to save the unsaved items, some overriding can happen and that messes up my work. There seem to be an annoying bug. Any ideas?

    I’ve not encountered any such issues on my site using the same theme, so I suspect one of your plugins is the cause of your problem. As a test, try deactivating all of your plugins. The problem should no longer occur. To identify which plugin was the cause, reactivate each plugin one at a time, testing after each activation. When the problem recurs, the last activated plugin would be the cause. I recommend taking the issue up through that plugin’s dedicated support channel.
