Opening screen shows grey

After I am using Google Maps a couple of months, suddenly now it only shows a grey screen. Look here
Can you please help me out, I can’t change nothing it is useless.2.
Als a couple of monts ago I upgraded to Google Maps PRO, but I was never able to use it. How can I use Google Maps PRO.Thank you in advance
