Opening posts content in main page

Hi,

I’m making a web wich has a content distributed in 2 zones: 1) main area and 2) left column. The main area has static content, and the left column has dynamic articles (5 or 6); each one or them have an image, an intro text and a “read more” link.

All I want is to open those “read more” links (of left column items) in the main area, replacing a static content with the entire article.

I hope have been to explain myself. Thanks in advance.
