Opening PopUp contact form or accordion style form

Hello all! I am trying to figure out how to open up a nice looking contact form by clicking a button for a client site. Either that, or have the contact form open up/display accordian style when the button is clicked.

Here is an example of what I want to achieve:

If you click the “Enquiries” button near the bottom, a pop up contact form shows up that covers the whole page. I would love to achieve that. Any idea how I can do this? Plugins?

Also, as another option, I like that if you click on the “My Story” button, it opens a whole new section.

I am using Divi theme, Genesis, and contact form 7.
