Opening in new tab

    I’m using a custom template to allow me to add filetype icons and to open the link in a new tab. This worked initially but has now stopped working across multiple workstations and browsers. The HTML seems fine, as you can see in the source, but it refuses to open in a new tab. Any idea why? This (open in new tab) is actually something that would be nice as a feature because loads of users looking at a PDF (we use hundreds on this site) close the PDF after reading and then inadvertantly also close the site, which is not a good user experience.
