Opening external link in new window no longer working

    Opening external link in new tab is no longer working even when target blank code added still its not working. Previously i also raised the same issue but Developers falsely marked ticket the ticket as resolved when in fact the issue is still there. I am asking what are you people really doing in the name of support??

    Hello @arshad309 ,

    The only Download Monitor link that you have in your page sends to our premium extension page for download. If you are having problems with that please use our contact form here as we are not allowed to offer support for premium products here.

    As for the new tab opening link you need to check the “Redirect to file” option inside the Download for the target="_blank" to work.

    I have selected that option Redirect to file. And in Download Page template i insert blank target code in multiple places but it didn’t worked. Can you please tell me where i have to place blank target in the below code in order to make it work.
