Curious as this sounds like there may be JavaScript errors on the page interferring. Our code has been tested and reliable for many years now without much change other than further enhancements. The only time issues come up with our product “not performing” is when there is a conflict with another plugin or theme that simply hasn’t been brought to our attention yet.
If that is the cause you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin’s Troubleshooting mode to enable our plugin alone without affecting other users, then you can test activating your theme and other plugins a few at a time to find the source of the conflict so it can be patched.
