Opening a featured posts link in a new tab

  • I have a featured post on my website that is linking to a different website than my own. I would like that link to open in a new tab so visitors are not taken completely away from our site. Is there a way to do this? I have not been able to figure this out yet.

  • This is done using the target attribute of the anchor element.

    I was really unclear in my last post about what I was asking. I would like the featured post on the front page of the website to open in a new tab when you click the “Read More” link. Here is the page https://www.renophil.com and the featured post that I would like to have open in a new tab is the Red, White, and Tahoe Blue feature.
