• Received the “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” email from WordPress.

    Luckily, I have been able to get in and deactivate the plugin.

    Opened a ticket for this fatal error, and no response for a full week.

    Tonight I had another Fatal error and opened yet another ticket.

    I do not have any real expectations that this ticket will get any attention either.

  • The plugin is not compatible with PHP8. If you’re running that, it’s the cause of your issue. I’ve had a paid ticket open with the developer about this for over 6 months and they’ve never even acknowledged the ticket.

    Well, I am not that patient.
    Cancelled my subscription today and if by this time next week, I do not have a refund, I will call my bank and charge back the money I paid them.

    I am not paying for non-working, and non-supported code AND not get a refund when I cancel the subscription!

    Please update your plugin to the latest version 4.3.27. This problem has been fixed there.

    Facebook, kinda works. Reddit does not work. Instagram does not work.
    I have cancelled my subscription renewal. Since there is no hope of getting a refund, I will continue to use whatever part of this that works even somewhat (that means facebook).

    After my subscription expires in July, 2023 I will remove these pieces of useless code from my site and NEVER do business with the author ever again!
