• I created an instance of this widget in my sidebar and directed it to the relative filepath uploads/2011/06 because the plugin says all filepaths are relative to the wp-content folder (this directory does indeed exist and contain images). Instead of the widget appearing on the front end, there was the following error:

    Warning: opendir(/uploads/2011/06) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /home/gecko/public_html/electricfireplaces/wp-content/plugins/smart-slideshow-widget/smart-slideshow-widget.php on line 138

    Ok, so…. try to remove the front slash from the path, so it reads: uploads/2011/06

    Sorry if the explanation is confusing, I’ll try to make this configuration lot more easy, but now I’m totally out of time.
