    I seem to be getting this error when I try to create content.

    “OpenAI returned empty response for this request.”

    Also, woocommerce desriptions are coming back with

    “There was no response for this product from OpenAI. Please try again”

    Any ideas please

    At the moment there is an open incident on OpenAI side.

    Please check their status page: https://status.openai.com

    I suggest to wait until this issue resolved from OpenAI side and try again.

    FWIW, I’m using 2 different chatgpt plugins on the same page and the AI Power is returning an error while the other is working fine. Both are using the same API key. I’ve been running this testing rig for several days with no issues.

    I face the same problem. (“OpenAI returned empty response for this request.”)

    I think, OpenAI is up today. or are there still issues?

    Yes, as of 21:17 Mountain Time, I get a “Something went wrong” msg when I prompt with “Hi” Another interface works fine. Both the Promptbase and the ChatGPT forms UI work just fine. The ChatGPT UI and it’s short code fails. Thank!

    Unfortunately yes. The same error.
    I’ve updated to the newest version, but no change.

    Other generators works fine.

    The problem seems to persist throughout all the plugin’s tools. I’m using 2 different chatgpt plugins the AI Power is returning an error while the other is working fine. Both use the same API key.

    It hasn’t come up for me since they resolved the issues at openAI so I’m good. Can I just add that I subscribed to OpenAI status updates and I get a text when they have an issue.

    Using Version 1.5.26

    The UI generated using your Short codes for custom ChatGPT forms still fails (generating no output after the prompt is entered). However your general GPTchat window works fine with a short code.

    When I embed a custom GPT Forms form with the short code below, it fails to generate any output in the chat window after the prompt is entered. However, if I drive the form directly from your interface, it works fine.

    The shortcode syntax I’m using (copied from the custom form) [wpaicg_form id=222 settings=no custom=yes]

    Just for a test purpose, I see that there are 2 additional chat box in that page where you gave gpt forms. Can you pls remove them to see if they are causing some kind of conflict?
