I upgraded my WordPress from 3.3.1 to 3.3.2 and now receive this error:

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\Windows\Temp\phpD817.tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:\inetpub\vhosts\vindum.com\httpdocs\) in C:\inetpub\vhosts\vindum.com\httpdocs\wp\wp-includes\functions.php on line 2505

I changed the PHP setting for this individual domain open_basedir to ini_get(‘open_base_dir’) which gave me a valid absolute path. I’m still getting the error. Although I’m not sure at all that this was the solution.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
