    Wir setzen BackWPup auf vielen Webs ein, doch auf 2 davon gibt es seit dem 19.6.2024, seit dem Update auf 4.1.1 einige Probleme.
    Scheinbar versucht das Plugin, Pfade abzufragen, wo keine fürs Backup relevanten Daten sind.

    Konkret gibt es viel Fehlermeldungen wie diese:
    [21-Jun-2024 22:45:24] FEHLER: Ausnahme eingefangen in RuntimeException: SplFileInfo::isDir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/clients/client21/web24/web/..) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/clients/client21/web24/web:/var/www/clients/client21/web24/private:/var/www/clients/client21/web24/tmp:/var/www/example.com/web:/srv/www/example.com/web:/usr/share/php5:/usr/share/php:/tmp:/usr/share/phpmyadmin:/etc/phpmyadmin:/var/lib/phpmyadmin:/dev/random:/dev/urandom)

    Diese Verzeichnisse (private, tmp, usr, …) kann man auch nicht ausschlie?en.

    PS: Die beiden Sites, wo das Problem auftritt, unterscheiden sich nur darin, dass diese beiden auf einem Nginx laufen.
    Der Hoster konnte hier nichts machen: “Die open_basedir Restriktion ist eine wichtige Sicherheitsma?nahme, die nicht deaktiviert werden kann.

    When I turn on the fileinfo module for php, I encounter the same fault, and the fault remains after turning off the fileinfo module for php.

    Solution:

    Find fastcgi.conf in /usr/local/nginx/conf/ directory, regarding open_basedir the default configuration should be: fastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "open_basedir=$document_root/:/tmp/:/proc/";

    Modify to: fastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "open_basedir=/home/wwwroot/:/tmp/:/proc/";
