open_basedir restriction in effect

  • Hello,

    I’ve already seen the 2 other topics talking about this error. But I am on the 4.1.2 version and still got the error. Maybe it’s related to using Bedrock with its folder system.

    Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/app/uploads/2023/04/sample) is not within the allowed path(s): (/datas/www/wp-project/:/usr/lib/php/:/tmp/:/datas/www/wp-project/shared/) in /datas/www/wp-project/current/web/app/plugins/enable-media-replace/build/shortpixel/replacer/src/Replacer.php on line 87

    Do you have a solution which not include touching plugin files ?

    Hi willmic,

    Could you please go to Tools > Site Health > Info, click on?Copy site info to clipboard?and paste it here?

    Also, if you don’t use Bedrock does the issue still happen? Moreover, if you deactivate all plugins, does it still happen?

    Finally, when exactly are you seeing the error? What steps are you doing?
