open_base_dir restriction in effect TinyMCE Advanced
-
I have several WordPress installations/sites running under my domain and have done for quite a long time without problem. They run under both WordPress versions 3.0.1 and 2.8.4
I can still upload media files and plug-ins within WordPress but when I try and do simple TinyMCE Advanced editor functions such as inserting a hyperlink or an image or a table, etc. I get the following type of error message:
————-Error Message———————————–
Warning: Unknown(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp/25454b22bf39c75795851f39d5e347c4) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/itsnoprobuk/public_html/) in Unknown on line 0Warning: Unknown(/tmp/25454b22bf39c75795851f39d5e347c4): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0

————-End of error message———–
I don’t understand why this is happening now across all WordPress sites I have installed and regardless of the version of WP and how to resolve the issue.
Can anyone please advise?
Many thanks in advance.
