Open With… and Loading Page

I have just started a new blog with 2.3.3.

When I try to visit any page on my blog whether it be the index.php page or an administration page such as themse.php (directly with url), I get a popup from Firefox asking me “What should Firefox do with this file” and then offers me choices as to what I should do with it instead of just displaying the page I asked for.

When I try it in IE, it doesn’t load at all and I get a “Page cannot be displayed” error.

What can I do?
