Open tickets in new tab

    Is there any way I can open multiple tickets in new tabs. I work with multiple tickets at the same time and need them to be open on my computer. In Freshdesk, I can easily Ctrl Click to open the tickets in new tab.

  • @nanosani, just in case nothing else turns up, what I have been doing is just opening up the tabs first and then opening the tickets I want in those tabs. Don’t know if that helps or not.

    Hello @nanosani,

    SupportCandy is AJAX based system so it is not possible to open a ticket using right click in a new tab.

    We will check the possibility to include feature to open ticket in a new tab.

    @miliighe Thanks for the reply. I hope you can add this feature in future releases.

    @mike80222 I’m already using two workarounds, one is to use the copy url feature inside the ticket, second is the shortcode page where we can give the ticket number and it will open the ticket.
