Open Tickets Community Edition ticket link not working

The cusotmer receives an email with a link to get his ticket but clicking on it produces a blank page.
The link is of the form “https://ubooked.co.uk/order-tickets/wc_order_5b4d948fe2036/?n=3599f71b0ac7acd7a301bb02e9934f92”
There’s no folder “order-tickets” on the site

I’m afraid this issue isn’t resolved and there are other problems which I’ll post seperately
infor@quadshot has shown where the problem is but not how to fix it.
