Open Terms & Conditions in a new browser tab

Hi,
the “Ultimate Member – Terms & Conditions” allowed me to add a new checkbox for acceptance, but my T&C are really long: Is there a way to set the link of my T&C page instead of directly insert its content?

I noticed that, after I activated the T&C on my registration form, also the Privacy Policy has been inserted as content (before, there was a link for opening the PP in a new browser tab)
