Open Table Widget Freezing Page

    Have used this plugin successfully for over a year now. However now when I try to use the open widget from the front end, the page grays out and all freezes. I have tried selecting the OP advanced options in plain admin but that does not help either. Running WordPress 4.5.2. Elegant Divi Theme Version: 2.1.2. OT plugin v. 1.7. Any thoughts?
