Open social media links in a new tab

    Hello, how can I make it so that when users click on my social media links it opens in a new tab? I don’t want to take them away from the site.

    I looked at a previous post here and there was mention of a checkbox but I can’t see that anywhere.

    Hi @rbruce55060,

    When you’re in the Menu settings page, you might need to click the “Screen Settings” tab in the top right and check the “Show advanced menu properties: Link Target” checkbox for the Link Target setting to show when you edit the menu items.

    Hello Anders, thank you so much. That has worked!

    Can I ask you one more question please? How do I change the font for the menu? Do I have to install a plugin for that? Because I would like to change it so it fits in better with the rest of the site.

    Hi @rbruce55060,

    My pleasure! You can’t change the menu font with a plugin – you’ll need to add custom CSS for that (although you can use plugins to install other fonts than the ones included in Eksell). But since that’s a separate question, you should create a separate thread for it.
