Okay. Make sure you are using the latest version 3.3.54 of the plugin. You need to register your website with TwitCount.com to track Twitter shares.

You mentioned Open Share Account in the subject of this thread, that’s why I mentioned the service TwitCount.com in my reply. As suggested by the error you are getting, it seems to be down. This plugin depends on this service to track Twitter shares.

Oh, well that’s what it said in WP, it mentioned “open share account” along with your name & it sounded like the message was from you. You know all of those messages at the top of your window?

I don’t see it now, but if I do, I’ll add it to this ticket.

I do recommend you get rid of that message b/c that turned into hours of trying to get this working.
