    Thanks it works ??

I now have another issue :/
I added content before and after my posts with the_filter content and when the popup show up, this additional content is also loaded with the popup content.

    Any ideas ?
    Thanks

Yes. I am heading to bed but will make a patch to resolve issues like that tomorrow.

You could try detecting the current post type in your filters. If it’s a popup then don’t add anything as a temporary solution.

Is it possible to open the popup when clicking on a string of text rather than a button or menu item?

    Plugin Author Daniel Iser

    (@danieliser)

@kjhawayek – Sure, the same usage applies. Either wrap the text in a span or div with the correct class, or use the new [popup_trigger id=123]Text Here[/popup_trigger] shortcode. Where the id is the # of the popup you want opened.

resolved, sorry for the question. It was simple.

    (@kjhawayek)

Actually, I don’t seem to be able to use the shortcake. When inserted into a text block in my footer nothing happens when I hover over the text. Please reference https://0ae.f46.myftpupload.com

I like to use a short code too. However, it doesn’t work. What did I do wrong?

    Thanks.

By default text widgets don’t render shortcodes. You will need to add a filter for that or there are a few plugins that will enable it quickly.

PS the popup must be set to load on every page if you intend to use it in a sidebar or footer widget like that. Your popup is not loaded, thus its not working properly.

Check the targeting conditions on the top right when editing that popup.

    Thank you Daniel! Works perfect!

One more question, I would like to adjust the location of the popup on the screen. The top of the popup is currently hidden behind my static menu block.
