Open links in the new window

Just couple days ago, I have seen someone posted this short script but now I couldn’t recall that thread ?? forgot to copy and/or bookmark it. If the link is not associated with the blog directory it’ll open in the new window else if it’ll open in the same window. If you know this script please share I beg that author still chilling around wordpress community ??
